How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during weekends and holidays, to ensure availability. For Sprinter van rentals under 48 hours, there will be an additional short-term rental fee of $199.

Is there a mileage limit?No, rentals include unlimited mileage.

Can I use the van for a one-way trip?One-way rentals may be available upon request. Additional fees may apply depending on the drop-off location.

Are there any other fees I should know about?If you would like to book a van within less that 48 hours of the pick-up, we charge a fee of $199. If you would like to have the van delivered to you or picked up at a designated location other than our main office, the cost will depend on the location. You can request a quote before booking the service. You can have 1 other driver at no extra cost but must be registered at the time of booking. For any additional drivers, there is a fee of $10 per day.

What should I do if I have an issue during my rental?We provide 24/7 customer support for emergencies or questions during your rental period. Contact us at 619-647-2030.

What happens if the van breaks down?Our vehicles are regularly maintained, but in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will assist as best we can. You should contact Mercedes-Benz 24-hour roadside assistance at 1-800-367-6372 if you cannot reach us.

Are pets allowed in the van?Yes, pets are welcome in select vans with prior approval. A cleaning fee may apply.

Is smoking allowed in the van?Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A $350 fee will be assessed for odor and ash removal, as well as for any loss of rental time resulting from smoking violations.

Do the vans have WiFi or charging ports?We can now offer our clients STARLINK WiFi! There is a small deposit and small fee per day to ensure you'll always be connected! Some vans are equipped with amenities like 12V and 120V power outlets. Let us know your needs when requesting a quote and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Can I add additional drivers?You can have 1 other driver at no extra cost but must be registered at the time of booking. For any additional drivers, there is a fee of $10 per day.

Can I place decals or use chalk paint on the van?Nothing may be affixed to the vans, and chalk paint may not be used to draw on the vans. Doing so will incur a cleaning fee of $250.

Is there an incidental hold for the reservation?Yes, a $250 incidental hold will be taken for the reservation and returned when the van returns undamaged and clean.

What are your rental requirements?Renters must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and provide a credit card for the security deposit.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up services?Yes, delivery and pick-up services are available for an additional fee, depending on location and distance from Escondido, CA.

Can I take the van out of state? Or out of the United States?Yes, but please let us know in advance. Out-of-state travel may require additional documentation or coverage.

What is your cancellation policy?We offer free cancellations up to 72 hours before your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.

Is insurance included?Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage is not included in this agreement. You are not obligated to purchase CDW from us and may obtain coverage independently if you choose. Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is not included in this agreement. You may purchase SLI separately to help protect against third-party claims.

Do I need a special license to drive a Sprinter van?No special license is required. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are all that’s needed to rent and drive our vans.

What’s included in the rental price?The rental fee includes mileage and standard amenities. Additional charges may apply for extras like: delivery, fuel, car seats, coolers, generators, gaming systems, and supplemental insurance.

How many passengers can your vans accommodate?Our Sprinter vans can comfortably seat up to 15 passengers. Please refer to each van’s description for exact capacity and features.
