What should I do if the van has a mechanical problem?

Our vans are regularly maintained, but if a breakdown happens, contact us right away. If you can’t reach us, call Mercedes-Benz 24-hour roadside assistance at 1-800-367-6372.

Can I add additional drivers?

Accepted Answer

You can have 1 other driver at no extra cost but must be registered at the time of booking. For any additional drivers, there is a fee of $10 per day.

What are your rental requirements?

Renters must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and provide a credit card for the security deposit.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up services?

Yes, delivery and pick-up services are available for an additional fee, depending on location and distance from Escondido, CA. 
We offer FREE delivery/pick-up to/from SAN, LAX, PHX airports.

We offer free cancellations up to 72 hours before your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage is not included in this agreement. You are not obligated to purchase CDW from us and may obtain coverage independently if you choose.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is not included in this agreement. You may purchase SLI separately to help protect against third-party claims.

What extra charges could apply to my rental?

If you rent for less than 48 hours, there’s a $199 fee. Delivery or pickup at a location other than our main office depends on distance, so you can request a quote before booking. You also get 1 additional driver at no extra cost if you register them at booking. Extra drivers are $10 per day.

How does the incidental hold work?

A $250 incidental hold is placed on your reservation. It’s released after you return the van clean and undamaged. Simple and secure 👍

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit cards. A credit card is also required for the security deposit, so booking stays quick and simple.

Can you add WiFi or power options to the van?

Yes! You can request STARLINK WiFi for your rental. A small deposit and daily fee apply. Some vans also have 12V and 120V outlets. Tell us what you need when you request a quote, and we’ll do our best to match it.
